Empowering your birth experience with Doula support.
We will work with you to create your ideal birth vision throughout your pregnancy, labour, and birth journey. We help you make informed decisions, provide emotional support, physical comfort, positioning during contractions and birthing, relaxation techniques, gentle massage, breathwork, and breathing techniques during labour & delivery.
We help you and your partner navigate your birth journey with ease through tailored experience that fit your dreams.
Prenatal Sessions / Visits
We offer prenatal sessions either virtually or in person. These appointments are to get to know you and your partner, to talk about your hopes and concerns during your pregnancy journey. To help you identify your birth preferences, provide you with information regarding your pregnancy & birth, answer any questions you may have, and to go over some hands-on practices. These sessions may look different depending on how you would like us to contribute to your birth experience. Whether you are hoping to have a natural home birth, birth in the hospital, medicated or non-medicated, or c-section, we are here to help prepare & support you phsycially, mentally, and emotionally.
Birth Attendance
Starting at 38 weeks we will be on call for you, up until baby is born. When labour begins, we will be there throughout your birth experience. Virtually during early labour and in person or virtually during active labour and birth. we will be by your side with physical and emotional support, to help keep you comfortable, manage contractions, to ensure labour is progressing, and to guide you through delivery. Using natural pain relief methods, coping practices and support including positioning, movements, breathing techniques & visualizations, touch, counter pressure & massage, and creating balance & space in the body for baby to make their journey into this world. We will also be there to assist you with birth options and information to help you communicate to your birth team with confidence.
Postpartum Visit
The postpartum visit included with Birth Doula Support would ideally be within the first few weeks of you being home with your new little one. Your Doula will be there to ensure everyone is settling in nicely, to answer any questions you may have, to support you with emotional or physical changes & healing, revisit your birth experience, and to provide you with any community resources that may contribute to your postpartum journey.
We offer additional Postpartum Doula Services that can be booked online in 3 hour blocks.
If you require hours outside our online booking calendar, a longer more time or days - please email newearthwellnessinfo@gmail.com or use our contact page with more information regarding your needs.
We will hold space for you and for your partner, providing emotional support and guidance with confidence.

Birth Doula
Red Seal Chef
Level 2 Reiki Practitioner
My philosophy about birth is that our bodies carry a vast amount of innate wisdom and knowledge. The modalities I draw upon include cooking, sound healing, energy work, art therapy, somatic movement, singing, massage, and guided meditation.
I offer ceremony and the reintroduction of traditional healing practices into post-natal care—such as yoni steaming, herbal remedies, massage, and rituals like the Closing of the Bones.
